How
do I prepare for Reverse Therapy?
The best way to prepare
for the Reverse Therapy process is to read Dr. John Eatons book
- The Reverse Therapy Approach. The book will give you a basic understanding
of the learning process and will help you get started as quickly
as possible. The easiest way to obtain the book is to order it from
Amazon.
Do
I need a diagnosis?
Most therapists prefer a diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS),
ME or Fibromyalgia. Some therapists also treat anxiety, depression
and some auto-immune illnesses. If you don't have a final diagnosis,
please contact your therapist and ask.
Your
first appointment
During your first session the therapist will gather some information
about you, do some formalities and then go on explaining Reverse
Therapy. This includes the relationship between environmental pressures
and emotions and why blocked emotions will turn into symptoms. If
time premits, you and your therapist will also try to figure out
what your body (BodyMind) is trying to tell you. You will finally
get a few things to work on until your next session.
After
this first session it is up to you as the client to decide if you
want to continue or not. If you decide to continue, a new appointment
will be scheduled in 2 - 3 weeks.
Is
Reverse Therapy something for you?
Your therapist will be happy to answer any questions you may
have, and you may ask them here!.
